Overview

The ZEISS Otus ZF.2 3-Lens Bundle is especially designed for professional photographers and videographers alike. Compatible with Nikon F-mount cameras, the bundle comes with lenses having focal lengths at 28mm, 55mm, and 85mm. These lenses also have a maximum aperture of f/1.4 for enhanced low-light performance and control over the depth of field. The 28mm and 55mm lenses have a Distagon optical design, where as 85mm utilizes the planar optical construction. With the ZEISS T* anti-reflective coating, the amount of flare and ghosting is restricted. The rubberized focus ring on all three lenses provide an accurate control over the focus setting. Thanks to the strong metal barrel, the lens gives you the confidence to work in challenging conditions. The bright yellow scale markings are easy to spot in low light. The 28mm and 85mm lens have electronic interfaces for allowing exposure control from the in-camera menu. An Otus transport case is also included in the kit. Its dedicated inlays fit all three lenses easily. The neoprene O-ring seals the case when you close the lid to prevent water from seeping inside. A special air valve is located on the bag for adjusting the internal air pressure. The kit comes with two 0.8 Mod gears that allow you to use various cine-standard equipment. The large gear is made for lenses having a diameter of 86-93mm. You can use the medium gear for 78-84mm diameter lenses. With the included rubber-covered GumGum, these gears can fit to small diameter lenses as well.
