OVERVIEW
EKTAPAN 400 is the world's sharpest and finest grain 400 speed black-and-white film. The higher sensitivity allows for faster shutter speeds and better low light photos.
Available in 135 and 120 formats.
Featuring a T-Grain emulsion, the EKTAPAN family utilizes flat, tabular silver halide crystals that enhance light absorption and maintain a low grain appearance - resulting in higher resolution and sharpness compared to traditional cubic-grain films. This structure provides a "clean" look with high contrast, distinct edges, and reduced texture.
