Keep the weight of your attached lens off your camera's mount, by using the Metabones Mount-Rod Support. It has a quick-release clamp, which supports Metabones lens adapters that have an Arca-Swiss foot. Once the lens adapter support is engaged, the weight of the lens is supported by the 15mm rods and the adapter, instead of the camera. As the quick-release is height-adjustable between 1 inch and 1.9 inches, it sets the appropriate lens height with various adapters.
