OVERVIEW
The Viltrox AF 35mm f/1.2 FE is a premium large-aperture prime lens designed specifically for Sony E/FE-mount full-frame mirrorless cameras. With its ultra-bright f/1.2 maximum aperture, this lens delivers outstanding low-light performance, exquisite subject isolation, and beautiful background blur, making it a go-to choice for portrait, street, and event photographers.
Exceptional Optical Performance
The optical design incorporates 12 elements in 9 groups, including Extra-low Dispersion (ED) and High Refractive Index (HR) glass elements to minimize chromatic aberrations and distortions. The result is sharp, high-contrast images with accurate color reproduction across the entire frame.Fast and Accurate Autofocus
Equipped with a responsive STM (Stepping Motor) autofocus system, the AF 35mm f/1.2 FE provides smooth, quiet, and precise focusing, making it suitable for both still photography and video recording. The internal focusing design ensures that the lens length remains constant during focusing, enhancing balance and handling.Low-Light Mastery
The wide f/1.2 aperture allows for faster shutter speeds in dimly lit environments and creates a shallow depth of field for stunning subject separation. This makes it an excellent choice for night scenes, indoor events, and creative bokeh effects.Durable Build Quality
Constructed with a robust all-metal barrel and weather-resistant sealing, the Viltrox AF 35mm f/1.2 FE is built to withstand challenging shooting conditions. The smooth, precise control rings provide a satisfying tactile experience for photographers who appreciate manual adjustments.Creative Versatility
With a 35mm focal length on full-frame cameras, this lens offers a natural perspective that is perfect for environmental portraits, documentary work, travel photography, and everyday shooting. On APS-C Sony E-mount bodies, it provides an equivalent focal length of approximately 52.5mm, making it a versatile standard prime.Recommended Accessories
Pair the Viltrox AF 35mm f/1.2 FE with a high-quality UV or clear protective filter to safeguard the front element. A circular polarizer can enhance contrast and color saturation for outdoor scenes. For video work, consider a variable ND filter to maintain optimal shutter speeds in bright light. A sturdy lens pouch or case will keep your investment protected during transport.Brand
