The Tamron 18–200mm F/3.5–6.3 AF XR Di-II LD Lens makes you capture both wide-angle as well as close-up shots. You can use this lens with Canon EF-S mount cameras. The lens has 15 elements arranged in 13 groups. Among these elements, there are three hybrid aspherical and two Low Dispersion elements to minimize spherical and chromatic aberrations. Moreover, the multiple-layer coating technology reduces reflections. The lens has a minimum focusing distance of 0.45m. A nearly-rounded bokeh results in the background thanks to the 7-blade diaphragm. The rubber focus and zoom rings ensure tactile grip when adjusting the lens parameters. To enhance the lens appearance, a gold band is added between the zoom and focus rings.
