Overview
Compact and lightweight, the Tamron 10-24 mm f/3.5-4.5 Di II VC HLD Lens is a nifty choice for taking amazing wide-angle photos with your Nikon F-mount camera. The lens is constructed with 16 elements in 11 groups, and has leak-proof seals across the barrel to protect it from moisture. The lens element’s front surface is coated with fluorine, which makes it oil- and water-repellent. The coating also makes it easy to wipe off dust, dirt, moisture, and fingerprints. Further, the lens boasts a Vibration Compensation technology that enables one to take blur-free shots while shooting in dark areas, taking wide-angle shots, or shooting handheld. Create a bokeh effect in your images with the help of the seven-blade diaphragm. Another feature of the lens is the HLD-AF drive system that facilitates automatic focus on subjects. Additionally, a full-time manual focus override option aids in making adjustments to the focus, without necessarily moving from auto focus to manual. With the lens supporting TAP-in console connectivity, you can adjust the focus setting and give an update to the firmware.
