This 24-70mm Gmaster is THE lens to have in your Sony line up. I rented this lens at Unique to use on my A7ii for an event and it did not disappoint. Upon loading the pictures to my laptop I was impressed by the sharpness and detail this lens produces. The f/2.8 aperture, along with its 9 blades, gave me some pretty nice bokeh when I wanted it, focusing was fast, and not once did I see it focus hunt. If you can't afford it, rent it for a day or two. Whether it's portraiture or landscapes, this lens is the go-to.
