Overview

The Sony FE 12–24mm f/4 G Lens is ideal for capturing wide landscapes with its 122°–84° field of view. This is made for both mirrorless digital and film cameras having E-mount. The lens design comprises of 17 optical elements, including Super ED and three ED elements in 13 groups, which reduce chromatic aberrations and color fringing. With the nano AR coating applied to the lens, you get a clear picture quality without ghosting and lens flare. The lens is equipped with a Direct Drive SSM system that works alongside the internal focusing mechanism to offer a silent focusing operation. A nice bokeh quality is ensured by the 7-blade diaphragm. With this moisture- and dust-resistant lens, you can work in harsh weather. Additionally, the rubberized focus and zoom control rings are easy to handle at freezing temperatures.
