OVERVIEW

The Micro Converter HDMI to SDI 3G from Blackmagic Design allows you to connect HDMI cameras or computers to pro-style SDI (BNC) displays or components in a small and durable package. You can also utilize multiple units to extend HDMI over great distances by using a SDI cable.

This mini converter features one HDMI input and two Level A or B 3G-SD/HD/SDI outputs. It automatically detects and matches your HDMI input to the SDI output, and it supports input and output resolutions up to 1080p60.

The Micro Converter HDMI to SDI 3G supports HDMI timecode, SDI re-clocking for long cable lengths, and a wide range of professional broadcast resolutions, including cine-style 48 frames per second.

This little converter has a strong metal enclosure with power and signal LED status indicators, as well as tough connection interfaces. Large-screen monitors, laptops, desktop PCs, and projectors may all connect to and power the HDMI to SDI 3G converter through a USB Type-C connector. The accompanying 100-240 VAC power supply, which includes four international socket adapters, can also be used to power this converter.
