The Sigma 85mm T1.5 FF High-Speed Prime Lens focuses on your character's emotions as you frame a close-up shot. This lens is compatible with Canon EF-mount cine cameras. The lens offers complete control over the focus and iris. There are Imperial scale marking for the focus ring. You can rotate the focus and iris rings up to 180° and 60°, respectively. The built-in dampener at the end limit of each ring suppresses the metallic noise. Moreover, the iris ring turns smoothly without any clicks to support the video recording. These rings have a 0.8 Mod gear pitch to use a follow focus unit. The 9 diaphragm blades produce rounded bokeh quality. With the fast aperture of T1.5, the lens provides bright results even in low light. You may attach a matte box or lens motor to the 95mm front diameter. The 82mm front thread accepts circular filters. This Sigma is built from robust metal and shielded with dust- and waterproof sealing. The Canon EF-mount can be interchanged with a Sony E-mount at an authorized Sigma service center.
