overview
Frame a dramatic close-up shot or a stunning wide angle with the Sigma 24mm T1.5 Fully Luminous FF High-Speed Prime Lens. You use the lens with Canon-EF cine cameras sporting a Super 35mm-size sensor. It offers complete command over the focus and iris where dedicated control rings are provided. Also, the ergonomic placement of the rings ensures hassle-free working. All the Imperial scales are printed in luminous paint for improving their visibility. The focus ring has a rotating range of up to 180°. The clickless iris ring provides smooth functionality. A damper is incorporated in each ring, which lessens the metallic noise that occurs at the endpoint. The 9-blade diaphragm underlines the importance of the foreground subject by creating pleasing bokeh in the background. With the maximum T-stop value of 1.5, the lens supports shooting at night time or in dim indoors. The cine-standard 0.8 Mod gear pitch is compatible with various professional film accessories such as a follow focus unit. With 95mm front diameter, you can add different matte boxes to the lens. The front thread accepts 82mm circular filters. This lens has an all-metal body with dust- and splash-proof sealing to withstand rough treatment.
