OVERVIEW
The Saramonic K9-LAV is an ultracompact 3mm omnidirectional lavalier microphone engineered for seamless integration with select wireless transmitters.
Designed for maximum discretion, this miniature mic features an IP67 rating that shields it against water, dust, makeup, and sweat. Its Kevlar-reinforced 5.9-foot cable offers outstanding tensile strength while suppressing handling and cable noise, making it easy to hide under wardrobe, costumes, or hair on demanding sets. With an omnidirectional pickup pattern, the K9-LAV delivers consistent dialogue quality and natural sound regardless of placement, handling volume levels up to 118 dB SPL.
Equipped with a locking TA5F connector, it is compatible with select Lectrosonics and Audio-Technica transmitters operating on 1.3 to 5V plug-in power. The package includes a clothing clip, foam windscreen, furry windscreen for outdoor shooting, and a rugged, molded storage case.
