The Saramonic CineBuff CB-DC is a professional slip-on furry windshield built for mid-sized shotgun microphones operating in windy outdoor conditions. Its low-profile frame remains unobtrusive whether rigged to a camera or mounted on a boom pole. Compatible with an extensive range of shotgun mics from brands like Saramonic, Sennheiser, Rode, Sony, Deity, Audio-Technica, and more, it offers an economical way to record clear audio in rough weather.

360-Degree Multi-Layer Wind Protection

Engineered for Level 6 wind defense, the CB-DC withstands gusts up to 31 mph while suppressing wind noise by up to 40 dB with virtually no high-frequency roll-off. The multi-layered design combines an open-cell interior mesh with a 23mm (0.9") synthetic fur exterior. This setup forms a dead-air space around the capsule that diffuses turbulent air without muffling your sound.

Snug Slip-On Fit

Featuring a flexible opening and a firm rubber base, the CineBuff slides securely over compatible mic barrels. It fits microphones with a 17 to 24mm diameter and interference tubes ranging from 4.72 to 6.69" (120 to 170mm) in length. The quick slip-on design ensures reliable weather sealing while keeping your setup lightweight and compact.
