OVERVIEW

Designed for shotgun and pencil microphones with diameters between 19 and 22mm (0.67 to 0.77”), the Saramonic SR-MSE is a professional pistol grip shockmount. Its lightweight, ergonomic build ensures a comfortable hold during handheld recording while easily supporting long shotguns up to 15” or compact pencil mics as short as 4”. For expanded versatility on set, it mounts effortlessly to boom poles and microphone stands.

Dual Rycote Lyre Suspension

Equipped with twin Rycote Lyre mounts, the system absorbs handling noise and physical shocks before they reach the capsule. Four customizable mounting positions allow you to balance and secure mics of varying lengths, ensuring stable performance across a wide range of setups.

Flexible Positioning & Universal Threads

A heavy-duty locking nut enables smooth angle adjustments and clamps down firmly to keep the microphone positioned where you need it. The base features a standard 3/8" thread, allowing you to switch instantly between handheld operation and boom pole or stand mounting.

Clean Cable Organization

Integrated cable management eliminates noise caused by loose, slapping wires. A rear cable clip secures the line in place, internal routing channels feed the XLR cable through the grip, and the base includes a dedicated recess to flush-mount a male XLR plug when working with shorter leads.
