The Zeiss Milvus 50mm f/1.4 ZF.2 Lens is designed for taking detailed portrait shots with shallow depth field. This Zeiss lens can be fitted to Nikon F-mount cameras. The lens sports a Distagon optical design with 10 elements in 9 groups. Four anomalous partial dispersion elements and a single aspherical element is included in the lens construction to correct chromatic and spherical inconsistencies. Also, the Zeiss T* anti-reflective coating reduces the effect of ghosting and lens flare. The laser-engraved focus and DOF markers with R position dot and hard stops guide you while adjusting the depth of field. You can click or de-click the manual aperture ring for a smooth and silent operation. The lens barrel surface is anodized and has an all-weather sealing to ensure dust- and moisture-resistance.
