Requirements For Certificate Of Liability Insurance
Insured: The name listed as insured must match the name of the renter. If the insured is a company name, the renter must provide proof of ownership or authorization to use the company’s COI.
Coverage: The certificate must indicate the policy’s coverage for General Liability and Inland Marine or Miscellaneous Rented Equipment covering the full replacement cost. Policies with a “Theft from an Unattended Vehicle” exclusion will not be accepted.
Dates: Annual policies will only be accepted.
Deductible: The deductible amount cannot exceed the replacement value total of the rented items. The deductible will be held as a security deposit for the duration of the rental.
Description: AS TO GENERAL LIABILITY , THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER IS NAMED AS ADDITIONAL INSURED. AS TO EQUIPMENT, THE ENDORSEMENT IS EXTENDED TO LESSOR OF RENTED/LEASED EQUIPMENT AS LOSS PAYEE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. ALL RISK, TRANSIT, REPLACEMENT COST FOR RENTED EQUIPMENT. NO UNATTENDED VEHICLE EXCLUSION

COI are vetted Monday - Friday, Please allow up to 48 hours for verification.
Customers submitting a COI for the first time will be subject to the full deposit on their first rental. Once vetted, the COI will take effect on new rentals placed until its expiration. Unique Photo reserves the right to change or revoke reduced rental deposit privileges for any reason.
