The Rode Stereo VideoMic X benefits audio recording in various situations such as interviews, weddings, sports events and more. It comes with two 1/2-inch condenser capsules that are positioned in X-Y configuration. The microphone delivers a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz. This microphone has XLR outputs, and unbalanced 1/8" stereo mini-jack outputs provided in its design. You can adjust the sound level, high-pass filter, and high-frequency boost with the digital controls provided at the rear. The microphone power can be set to one of the three level controls. A Rycote Lyre onboard shock mount is supplied to protect the mic capsules from bumps. The metal build of the microphone offers durability. This camera can function for 30 hours per charge with a 9 V alkaline battery.
