The Fujifilm X-T20 Digital Camera is capable of recording 4K videos with improved subject focus tracking. This mirrorless digital camera has a Fujinon XF 18–55mm f/2.8–4 R LM OIS lens attached to it. The camera also accepts other Fujifilm X mount lenses. Equipped with a 24.3 MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS III sensor and the X-Processor Pro, this camera produces vibrant pictures in both bright and low light. With the 91-point autofocus system, you obtain a high degree of focusing accuracy in a wide range of lighting conditions as well as quick performance to work conveniently with moving objects. The mechanical and electronic shutters offer a maximum speed of 1/4000th and 1/32000th of a second, respectively. You get 100% screen coverage with both the electronic viewfinder and 3-inch tilting LCD screen. The camera has a hot shoe for attachment of external flash with a maximum synchronization speed of 1/180th of a second.

Optics and Focus

The attached Fujinon XF R LM OIS lens has a variable focal length of 18–55mm and a maximum aperture opening of f/2.8. It comprises 14 elements arranged in 10 groups, including 3 aspherical and one ED element to correct spherical and chromatic aberrations. A Super EBC coating is applied to the lens elements to minimize ghosting and lens flare. With the linear AF motor, the camera provides smooth and accurate autofocus, while optical image stabilization minimizes effects of camera shakes during handheld shooting. The camera's 91-point AF system uses both phase and contrast detection for a high level of focusing accuracy. The native ISO range of up to 12800 can be extended up to 51200. With the mechanical shutter, you obtain a maximum speed of 1/4000th of a second, while the electronic shutter provides a speed of 1/32000th of a second.

Sensor and Screen

The 24.3 MP APS-C-size X-Trans CMOS III sensor improves image sharpness and clarity apart from reducing moiré and aliasing. The electronic viewfinder provides a resolution of 2.36 million dots, while the 3-inch tilting LCD screen offers 1.04 million dot imagery. You can adjust the diopter of the electronic viewfinder from −4 to +2m. Both the viewfinder and LCD screen provide 100% screen coverage.

Image and Video

The X-T20 camera records 4K quality videos at 30 fps and captures 14-bit images with a maximum resolution of 6000×4000 dpi in both JPEG and RAW formats. Continuous shooting at 14 fps is supported by X-Processor Pro, which ensures sharpness and clarity while also enhancing the camera's low-light performance. With Interval Timer shooting, the camera can record time-lapse sequences from 1 second to 24 hours. The camera also has a Multi Exposure effect mode to let you shoot 2 consecutive overlaid frames and a 180° panorama mode for versatility.

Other Features

You can control your camera remotely from a smartphone as well as share images using Wi-Fi connectivity. The camera offers a flash synchronization speed of up to 1/180th of a second, with the hot shoe allowing connection of an external flash unit. The NP-W126S rechargeable Li-ion battery pack offers 350 frames and 50 minutes of 4K video recording.
