Sony FE 35mm f/1.8 Lens

Overview

The Sony FE 35mm f/1.8 Lens is a fast and compact, wide-angle lens that is compatible with full-frame E-mount cameras. With a bright maximum aperture of f/1.8, the FE 35mm allows for selective focus effects, & good low-light performance. An aspherical element is included in the lens to reduce aberrations and field curvature, while still maintaining high contrast & definition. The FE 35mm f/1.8 also features a linear motor and internal focus design, in order to provide fast and responsive focusing. A customizable focus hold button is featured to lock focus when readjusting, & can be set to activate other functions (ex: AF, AF On, Eye AF, Aperture Preview, etc.). Its dust & moisture-resistant physical design allows for use of the lens weather conditions that may not be ideal to you. Its 9-blade circular diaphragm allows for selective focus, which can create a smooth bokeh (blurred background).
