Define the mood of the shot with the Sigma 50–100mm T2 Fully Luminous High-Speed Zoom Lens. It is specially built for ARRI PL-mount cameras. It covers an image circle of Super 35mm-size sensors. The full manual adjustment of the focus, zoom, and iris via individual control rings. These rings are ergonomically placed to let you configure the settings with ease. The luminous scale markings in meters allow accurate fine-tuning of the parameters in dim conditions. The focus and zoom rings have a continuous rotation up to 180° and 160°, respectively. You can turn the clickless iris ring to adjust the aperture even during the recording. In addition to the noiseless functionality, the control rings have dampeners to reduce the metallic noise occurring when the rings reach the end. The 9-blade diaphragm creates the pleasant film-like bokeh in the background. Take advantage of the fast aperture to get bright results when shooting in low light on a base ISO. The cine-standard 0.8 Mod gears let you use various cine equipment such as the follow focus unit with the lens. With the 95mm front diameter, you can fit different matte boxes. The 82mm thread enables you to attach circular filters. This cine lens boasts an all-metal body with dust- and splash-proof sealing.
