overview
Introduce your film character in the shot with the Sigma 14mm T2 FF High-Speed Prime Lens. Ideal for wide-angle establishing shots, the lens works with Sony E-mount cameras. Its fully manual operation lets you adjust the focus and iris to get the desired look in the shot. The scale markings in feet ensure pin-point adjustment. The focus and iris control rings have built-in dampeners to reduce the metallic noise occurring at the end point. Take advantage of the 180° rotation of the focus ring to shift the point of interest between long-situated objects. With the 0.8 Mod gear pitch, the lens accepts accessories such as the follow focus and lens motor. The iris ring turns without any click to offer a silent operation. This Sigma cine lens has a 9-blade diaphragm that produces pleasant bokeh in your portrait and close-up shots. Additionally, the aperture opening of up to T2 makes you capture bright videos in low light without increasing the gain. The 95mm front diameter supports various matte boxes. You can use the lens in inclement weather as it comes with a dust- and water-resistant all-metal body. The Sony E-mount can be interchanged with the Canon EF-mount at an authorized Sigma service center.
