The 8x30 Monarch 7 Binoculars are designed using construction details that make them durable & comfortable to use. Their reinforced polycarbonate ATB chassis is lightweight and durable, & their rubberized armor design creates a comfortable and secure gripping area. The optical tubes are nitrogen filled & O-ring sealed, making the binoculars waterproof and resistant to internal fogging. An ocular rainguard is used to cover the eyecups & prevents rain water from filling them. The objective lens caps are tethered to keep them visible. The exterior lens surfaces feature a clear armor coating to help prevent scratches, & to make the cleaning of dirt/debris an easy task.
