The Nikon 7x50CF WP Global Compass Binoculars specially designed & consructed to endure the elements of life on the water. They produce bright & clear images, with reduced disorientation that is quite common when using binoculars in marine environments. The 7x50 Global Compass Binoculars feature a compass, with illuminated bearing indicators, that is visible at the bottom of the field of view. The compass does not interfere with the viewing of your subject. Also featured are horizontal & vertical hashes & stadia to help you estimate the sizes & distances of objects. The binoculars feature large objectives, providing high light transmittance (for enhanced low-light performance). The large exit pupil feature assists in reducing the effects of the rolling seas, while the Porro prism optical design, as well as the multi-coated optics, work together to provide high-contrast images with accurate color representation.
The binoculars' housing construction is made of corrosion, & impact-resistant polycarbonate. This design, along with their rubber armoring, provides protection against impact, drops, cold/wet weather conditions, & allows for a secure and safe grip, due to the slip-resistant grip. The optical tubes are nitrogen filled for a fogproof experience when moving through extreme temperature differences. The OceanPro binoculars are waterproof in 3.3 feet of water for up to 5 minutes. In the event that they should go overboard, a highly visible floating neck strap is also included, so you are able to retrieve them in time.
