Overview

The Hensel Certo 400 Basic Kit contains high-quality photography gear that is ideal for both studio and outdoor use. Firstly, you get two Hensel Certo 400 monolights that provide a 7-stop power range from 12–400Ws. The recycle time varies from 0.5–1.1 seconds. You can set the flash duration to the shortest limit of 1/2500th of a second. The integrated 16-channel radio receiver can be used to connect with the included Cactus V5 transceiver for remote operation up to 328 feet. Mount the provided umbrella flood reflector on the flash head for amplifying the light output. A pair of Hensel 32-inch economy umbrellas is also included in the kit along with two light stands. The umbrellas come with a white interior for soft fill light, while the black backing prevents light spill. As for the Cactus V5 flash transceiver, it utilizes a 2.4 GHz frequency band while offering 16 channels and 4 groups to configure a multi-flash setup. It can function both as transmitter and receiver. The transceiver can be mounted on the camera or used with flash heads via the top hot shoe. The Frequency Self-Tune technology automatically tunes to the last working signal when operating in inclement weather.
