The kit includes two Integra 500 Plus monolights with freemask technology, two III aluminum light stands, 300-W modeling lights, a 7-inch grid reflector, an umbrella flood reflector, and a sync cord of 16.4 ft with phone jack. The Integra 500 Plus monolight boasts short flash durations of 1/470th of a second on full power. You can store and transport your gear safely and effortlessly in the black Softbag VII De Luxe bag included in this kit.
