Overview

The Zeiss Loxia 25mm f/2.4 Wide Angle Lens makes it possible to frame large landscapes and structures in the picture. This lens can be attached to Sony E-mount cameras. The Distagon optical design includes 10 elements in 8 groups that have 2 anomalous partial dispersion elements and a single aspherical element to correct chromatic and spherical aberrations. These elements have a Zeiss T* anti-reflective coatings to reduce ghosting and lens flare. The manual focus ring is knurled, and it has a 90° rotating angle. You can refer the engraved depth of field and distance scale markings to get the required results. De-click the aperture ring to get smooth function throughout the aperture range for video applications. All lens EXIF data can be conveyed to the camera. You can configure automatic activation of the camera's focusing magnification function by turning the focus ring. The lens has an all-metal lens barrel with weather-resistant gasket.
