The Nikon EM 35mm SLR Camera offers accurate exposure reading and focus control. The camera can also be used with other Nikon F-mount lenses. It comes with an automatic exposure that decides the appropriate camera setting based on aperture priority. The Nikon EM has a center-weighted TTL light metering and a maximum ISO sensitivity of 1600. You may increase the shutter speed up to 1/1000th of a second. With the 0.86× pentaprism viewfinder, the camera provides 92% screen coverage. Moreover, the viewfinder includes a Nikon ‘K’ focusing screen. You may attach an external flash to the hot shoe located on top of the camera. Other functions include a self-timer, frame counter, battery-check button, and backlight-illumination button.
Optics and Focus
The Nikon EM SLR can be used with Nikon F-mount lenses. Its center-weighted TTL exposure metering offers a working range of EV 2 to EV 18.
