The Rokinon 8mm f/2.8 UMC Fisheye II for Sony E Mount Lens is a prime fisheye lens that is designed for APS-C sized image sensors. This Fish-Eye lens provides a focal length of 12mm (35mm-equivalent), & a full 180 degree angle of view. This lens is well suited for creative use, as well as interior & architectural shooting. Its fast f/2.8 maximum aperture is helpful regarding working in low-light conditions. It features three extra-low dispersion elements, & two aspherical elements in its optical design, to help minimize chromatic aberrations & distortion throughout the image. These elements allow for a clear & sharp image to be captured. The lens' design features a built-in lens hood & a UMC coating. The UMC coating has been applied to reduce surface reflections & prevent flaring & ghosting, which improves light transmission & contrast in your images.
