Expand the video functionality of your R8 while remaining with the Lightweight Camera Cage Kit for Canon R8!

The foundation of this kit is the Full Cage, which features multiple options for mounting accessories such as 1/4”-20 threads with various locating points, a NATO Rail for Side Handles, two cold shoe receivers and mounting points for a Single Rod Holders.

On the bottom of the cage, you’ll find an ARCA Quick Release Plate, perfect for fast transitions between a tripod and DJI Ronin Series gimbals.

Please note this cage uses DJI’s Standard for ARCA. Compatibility with other standards is not guaranteed.

The included cable clamp mounts quickly to the cage via a new thumbscrew design while still providing the security needed to keep cables locked in place.

This cage features one of our most convenient battery compartment designs to date, as it includes a reserved space for a dummy battery cable to better support users who rely on external power.

The included NATO Top Handle and NATO Rail attachment offer flexible shooting and handling options, especially useful for getting low angle shots.

This Top Handle features several additional mounting options such as 1/4″-20 threads and a Cold Shoe Receiver, which is a great option for a boom microphone or external monitor.
