Overview

The Tamron F045 SP 35mm f/1.4 Di USD Lens (Canon EF) is an updated version of Tamron's classic wide-angle prime lens, and combines VC image stabilization, a versatile focal length, and a sophisticated optical design to produce an enhanced image quality. The SP 35mm features one low dispersion element, one extra low dispersion element, and two aspherical elements to assist with controlling a variety of distortions and aberrations, to help provide a consistent level of sharpness and illumination, as well as reduced color fringing. Both eBAND and BBAR coatings are featured to suppress ghosting and flare, which helps to improve color fidelity and contrast in your images.

The F045 SP 35mm's image capabilities are complimented by its Ring-Type USD motor, which provides you with quick, quiet autofocus performance, as well as full-time manual focus capabilities. Its inner focusing design, as well as its Floating System, are used to assist you in reaching a minimum focusing distance of 7.9", with a magnification of 1:2.5. The physical construction of the lens contains various seals that are designed to protect against moisture, as well as a fluorine coating to protect your lens against fingerprints, water, and smudging.
