Whether taking a claustrophobic close-up or a wide landscape shot, the Sigma 50mm T1.5 FF High-Speed Prime Lens delivers consistency every time. The lens is manufactured for Canon EF-mount cine cameras. The full manual adjustment of the focus and iris via dedicated rings let you freely determine the look of your scene. These rings are complemented by the Imperial scale markings. The focus ring makes a 180° rotation without any obstruction. With the clickless iris ring, the aperture value can be altered while recording the video. The built-in dampener in each ring reduces the metallic noise if you turn them till the end. Moreover, the 0.8 Mod gear pitch of the ring permits you to use various equipment such as the follow focus unit. To highlight foreground subjects in portrait shots, the T1.5 maximum aperture and 9-blade diaphragm create a cinematic shallow depth of field with pleasing bokeh in the background.
