The Sigma 105mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens boasts a wide aperture opening and fast focusing speed. You can use this lens on Nikon F-mount cameras. Among the 17 elements in 12 groups are three FLD and two SLD elements that reduce chromatic aberrations. Also, a single aspherical element corrects spherical distortions at the edges. A Super Multi-Layer Coating is applied to minimize flare and ghosting. The Hyper Sonic Motor and updated AF algorithm provide fast and smooth autofocus performance. The electromagnetic aperture mechanism offers consistency during exposure adjustment. Additionally, the rounded 9-blade diaphragm produces circular bokeh in the background. The brass mount and rubber sealing ensure durability. An optional Sigma USB Dock can be connected to the lens for altering the focus settings or updating its firmware.
