Designed to work in tandem with the Phottix transmitter, the Phottix Ares II Flash Trigger Receiver enables you to trigger flashes wirelessly from a maximum distance of 490 ft. It runs on two AA-type batteries and comes with 16 channels and four groups for an interruption-free flash-triggering experience. The LCD display, which shows the receiver’s settings and battery status, features a green backlight that makes it easy to view or adjust your settings in the dark. This receiver is compatible with the Nikon, Canon, Sony (MIS), and Pentax flashes. Additionally, this receiver features an LED status light and a screw lock metal hot shoe stand with an M1/4-inch screw mounting hole. It also includes a 3.5-mm-male-to-3.5-mm male sync cord, a 6.3 mm adapter, a card tray, printed gift box, and a hand lanyard.
