The body is compostable after the polycarbonate parts are removed, and can be tossed in your compost bin when you’re ready to upgrade your phone. With all that goodness, the best part is, it still protects your phone from daily drops and “oh $%&^ moments”. Why We Made the Thin Case

The iPhone Thin Photo case embraces the less-is-more mentality with a super thin profile and a replaceable M-series lens mount that allows you to compost the case body when you’re done with it.

After an average of just two years, most cases end up in a landfill, where they will take between four hundred and two thousand years to decompose. We may be a small brand, but from Moment alone, that’s hundreds of thousands of cases that will essentially never biodegrade, and we’re not okay with that.

Add A Wrist Strap

Grab a case and a matching wrist strap.

Located on the bottom of the case is a wrist strap attachment so you can attach a wrist strap to either corner. Whether are you traveling or hanging around the city, wrist straps make sure you never drop your phone. Rated up to 50 lbs pull strength, a strap also makes it that much harder for someone to steal your phone out of your hand.

All of our iPhone 12 cases included a new drop-in lens interface so you can attach any of our M-Series lenses to your phone.

Rated for drops up to 6 feet, these cases include additional internal shock-absorbing geometry to protect your phone. A series of ribs surround the phone and are specifically designed to direct force away from the device during an impact. We even leave room for you to apply a screen protector, giving you that extra comfort.

Materials

We’ve been working on perfecting bioplastics that feel good, wear well, and compost when you’re finished using them as a phone case. You'll find the same great material in our iPhone Bio Case.

Our bioplastic is verified to meet U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN13432) standards for compostability. It means you can toss your case in the city compost bin when you upgrade your phone. It will be 90% broken down in as little as 4 months. The resulting compost is even safe to grow food with!

Note: the drop-in mounts are made from a glass-reinforced nylon and cannot be composted or recycled.
