The Forestry Pro II features an internal memory log, that can store up to 250 measurements, for future-use, an integrated inclinometer, & advanced ranging-algorithms, to offer a variety of options.
The Nikon Forestry Pro II Laser Rangefinder provides actual linear-distance, adjusted-range, which takes the upward or downward angle of view into account, & the ability to measure the height of a subject (Ex: Trees, Utility Poles, etc.), via two-point, or three-point geometry. Spot-readings, as well as 8-second continuous readings, can be taken, with first & last target-priority options.
The distance information is visible in both, the dual-view display, & external LCD display. The external LCD is backlit, for easy viewing, & is an ideal feature for clear reference while logging into field-journals, or computers. This 6x21 monocular is designed to ensure accurate measurements, in a compact & lightweight design. The Nikon Forestry Pro II features a clear & bright view, with accurate color rendering, & improved contrast and clarity. Its resistance against internal fogging, & compact lightweight design, makes it a portable resource, for many purposes.
