The Nikon 8×42 Monarch 7 ATB Binoculars are built for providing accurate visuals of distant objects in all conditions. Their 42mm objective lenses give a 10× magnification along with enhanced light gathering. An extra-low dispersion glass is used for the lenses, which reduces both chromatic and spherical aberrations. The anti-reflection coatings on the optics ensure precise color rendition and clarity. Also, the phase-corrected prism coatings improve contrast, light transmission, and resolution. The high-reflective dielectric prism multi-layer coatings restrict light loss by increasing internal reflection to more than 99%. These Nikon binoculars provide a field of view of 420 at 1000 yards. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted from 56 to 72mm. You can set the right eye dioptric collar as per your eyepoint power. The twist-up rubber eyecups make it easy to look through the binoculars while wearing spectacles. With the 17.1mm eye relief, the strain on your eyes is minimized to provide comfort. An Eco-Glass is for the binocular optics, which is arsenic- and lead-free. The nitrogen-filled optical tubes prevent fogging and ensure waterproofness down to 3.3 feet.
