Overview

With an induction time of just 20 seconds, the Ilford Multigrade Fiber Base Classic Matte Paper is a fast exposure paper. This fast induction time enables you to save up on a considerable amount of water (up to 50 percent) when washing the prints. It offers great response to toning. Using speed matched Multigrade filters, you can achieve up to 7 full grades (00 to 5) of contrast. You can use a 15 W safelight with dark brown, dark orange, and red filters, and black and white chemicals. After the completion of all the washing and drying processes, you can mount in conventionally as other fiber-based products.
