The Ilford Multigrade IV RC DeLuxe Paper & HP5+ Film Value Pack consists of a box of 25 sheets of 8 x 10" paper, with a glossy 1M surface finish. The glossy finish provides a smooth and reflective effect, which assists in achieving deeper black tones, & a long tonal scale. The paper's bright white base tint provides a cool to neutral image color, & responds well to certain toners (ex: selenium) for increased print lifespan. The paper also responds to seven full grades of contrast, when using multigrade filters, & is suitable for printing both conventional B&W negatives, & chromogenic B&W negatives. The paper can be processed using standard B&W chemistry in either trays or using machine processors.
The HP5 Plus B&W (black and white) Negative Film is also included in this value pack. The two rolls of panchromatic film are designed for general use, & exhibit wide exposure latitude. The film responds well in difficult lighting conditions, & provides medium contrast for greater control. It has a nominal sensitivity of ISO 400/27° when developed in standard B&W chemistry, & responds quite well to push processing.
