The Gitzo Traveler Tripod Ser.2 4s is a compact support system for camera gear. It features legs that fold around the central column and optional ball head to save space when stored. The unique reverse folding legs of the tripod make the folded length on just 17.5 inches. When opened, the tripod extends to 60.8 inches in height and accommodates up to 26 lbs of camera gear. With the use of the included short center column, the tripod’s height can be lowered to 8.7 inches for macro and low-angle photography. With the use of Carbon eXact tubing, the tripod is more stronger and rigid than tripods utilizing Carbon 6X tubes. The rubber feet of the tripod are interchangeable and even included optional steel spikes that can be used to better stability in rough terrain.
