1. DJI Care Refresh can be bound to your DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:
· Brand new and unactivated product
· Aircraft or gimbal activated within the last 48 hours
If the product does not meet the above conditions, please apply for video verification or contact DJI Support to send the product back. DJI Care Refresh can be purchased within 72 hours of receiving the purchasing notice.
2. DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it was purchased. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region to enjoy the full-service benefits.

DJI Care Refresh offers two replacements in one year, including one chance to use Flyaway Coverage. When it comes to accidents like water damage, collisions, or missing aircraft, you can have your product replaced for a small additional cost.
DJI Care Refresh Flyaway Coverage covers situations where aircraft go missing during flight, allowing you to enjoy worry-free flights.
Note:
To make sure that your aircraft can enjoy the flyaway replacement service, please bind your DJI account and the remote controller with the aircraft in advance in the app. The flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or remote controller was unbounded before the flyaway occurred.
Accidental damage is covered by the replacement service, including collisions, water damage, etc. The replacement units are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.
Express is an option that allows you to skip the damage assessment and quotation process. A DJI service center will ship you a replacement as soon as they receive your product.
DJI will cover shipping costs both ways anytime a product is sent back for replacement service.
DJI Care has exclusive technical service channels to provide support, including online chat and call support. Your requests will be transferred to DJI Care service channels to provide you with express replacement.
