Which Canon DSLR lines offer sRAW or mRAW smaller-RAW modes?

I'm trying to find out which Canon DSLR models support reduced-size RAW files such as sRAW or mRAW. For example, the EOS 60D appears to offer it, while the 600D and 650D do not. Is there a general rule for which Canon bodies include this feature, or a list by model?

This is a feature of all 2-digit models and 1-digit models since about 2007.
This is a Canon only feature. I do not know of anyone who uses it honestly since those who shoot RAW do it to get all sensor information.

Based on the community answer, sRAW/mRAW is generally found on Canon’s higher-tier DSLR lines rather than being a standard feature across all models. A practical rule is:
- Canon 2-digit EOS bodies include it
- Canon 1-digit EOS bodies have included it since roughly 2007
- It is not standard on the 3-digit Rebel/xxxD line, which explains why models like the 600D and 650D may lack it
So the reason the 60D has it while the 600D/650D do not is mainly product tiering, not a universal Canon standard.
Also, this is described as a Canon-specific feature. The idea is to save space by recording a smaller RAW file, though many RAW shooters prefer full-resolution RAW because it retains the maximum sensor data.
