I have about 200 photos that were uploaded from Photoshop Express to a Photoshop.com account after problems with an SD card. I want to restore those images to my computer and then manage them in Lightroom. What’s the simplest way to download the backed-up photos from Photoshop.com and bring them into Lightroom?

Just head to the photoshop.com website, login, select "Organize My Library" from the right side options here:

Step 1

Then once you are inside of the organizer, you highlight the photos that you want to download (all 200 in your case), then click the Download Zip button:

Step 2

From that you can download the zip file and extract it to wherever you would like to manage the photos. Then import them into Lightroom and you should be set.

For the piece about recovery, we already have a great question/answer that covers that here:

Log in to Photoshop.com in a web browser, open the photo organizer/library view, select the photos you want, and use the download option to save them as a ZIP file. After the ZIP finishes downloading, extract it to a folder on your computer. From there, open Lightroom and import that folder as you would any other set of photos.

So the workflow is:

  1. Sign in to Photoshop.com
  2. Open the library/organizer
  3. Select the images
  4. Download them as a ZIP
  5. Extract the ZIP
  6. Import the extracted files into Lightroom

Based on the answers provided, there isn’t a direct Lightroom sync/restore feature involved here—just download from the website first, then import normally into Lightroom.
