How can I apply one adjustment, like sharpness, to multiple images in Canon DPP?

In Canon Digital Photo Professional, I’m batch-processing a large set of event photos. After editing some images individually, I realized most of them would benefit from a small increase in sharpness. I know DPP recipes can copy a full set of RAW adjustments, but I only want to change a single setting across multiple selected images. Is there a way to select several photos and adjust just one parameter, such as sharpness, without overwriting everything else?

The solution is to select all the required images from the regular folder window (using Ctrl/Shift for multiple selections). Then, click the Tool button at the top left toolbar to open the Tool palette and adjust the global settings.

Yes. In Canon DPP, select all the images you want to update in the folder window using Ctrl or Shift, then open the Tool palette from the toolbar. When multiple images are selected, changing a setting there—such as sharpness—applies that adjustment to all selected files.
This lets you batch-apply a single parameter without needing to copy a full recipe to every image.
