Does the Nikon D600 have a lockable mode dial, and do other Nikon full-frame DSLRs offer this?

I currently use a Nikon D7000 for portrait work, but I sometimes accidentally knock the mode dial from A to M and end up with incorrect exposures. On the Nikon D600, I can see a small button on the top mode dial area. Is the D600’s mode dial push-to-turn and lockable like the lower dial beneath it? Also, do any other Nikon full-frame DSLR bodies have a lockable exposure mode selector?

Yes, the D600 does have a lockable mode wheel.

On the upper left of the D600's body (when the camera is viewed from behind) you'll find a D7000-style exposure mode dial and around its base, another dial for shooting modes. Both dials are lockable, which prevents accidental operation.

From the DPReview review.

The D600 and D610 are the only full frame Nikon DSLRs with mode wheels, lockable or otherwise. The D800, D3 and D4 all use a push button and wheel combination to switch between P, S, A and M modes.

Yes. The Nikon D600 has a lockable mode dial, and the lower shooting-mode dial around its base is lockable as well. This helps prevent accidental changes when handling the camera.

Among Nikon full-frame DSLRs, the D600 and D610 are the models that use a traditional mode dial. Other Nikon full-frame bodies such as the D800, D3, and D4 do not use a mode dial for exposure modes; instead, they use a button-and-command-dial system to switch between P, S, A, and M. That design also avoids accidentally knocking a mode wheel, since there isn’t one exposed on top of the camera.
