Yes. If both devices use 3.5mm sync jacks, a standard 3.5mm male-to-male audio cable will generally work for flash sync.

Flash sync over 3.5mm uses a very simple connection: tip for sync and sleeve for ground. That’s the same basic arrangement found on common 3.5mm audio cables. A mono cable is the direct equivalent, but a stereo 3.5mm cable will usually work as well—the extra ring contact typically doesn’t matter for a basic sync connection.

So you usually won’t find this sold as a special flash-sync cable because it’s effectively the same physical cable as a common 3.5mm audio lead.

Just make sure both ends are actually 3.5mm sync ports; if one side is PC sync, then you’d need the appropriate adapter or different cable.
