Class changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled lesson during business hours. There are no refunds within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson.
If you need to reschedule a lesson within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time, you may be charged up to a 50% change fee. However, we understand that there are times when advance notification is not possible, and we are willing to work with those who are faced with extraordinary circumstances beyond their control (natural disasters, sudden emergencies, etc.)
