Zoom iQ7 Mid-Side Stereo Microphone for iOS Devices with Lightning

Overview

The Zoom iQ7 Mid-Side Stereo Microphone enhances the sound-recording capabilities of your iOS device. This microphone can be used with Apple iOS smartphones or tablets having a lightning connector. Featuring a rotating capsule, the microphone allows you to use it from both vertical and horizontal positions. The Zoom iQ7 has two microphone elements that include a directional mid element and another bidirectional side element. The mid element records sounds coming from the front, while the side element captures ambient sounds. You may either adjust the stereo width at 90° or 120° from the Zoom iQ7 microphone or adjust it with your iOS device by using the Handy Recorder iOS app. With the mic gain wheel, you may set the desired level of sound amplification. The 3-segment LED helps you monitor the sound level. With the removable spacer, the iQ7 microphone can be fitted to most iPhone, iPad, or iPod cases.
