It is updated with 6-bit coding, which enables your camera to identify the lens in use and store that information in the image metadata. The optics of this lens is constructed with eight elements in five groups. The lens features an inbuilt, lockable telescoping lens hood, which prevents excess light from entering it. The viewing angle of the lens stands at 47° and the minimum focus distance at 2.3 ft. Use the finger-focusing grip for facilitating a single-finger focus control.
