10K DPI Resolution with True Color

Different from the majority of DSLR or CMOS scanners using Area CMOS Bayer patterns to simulate RGB - all film scanners from Pacific Image use true RGB linear array CCD to scan. This helps Powerslide X Plus to provide high quality scans from 135 slides.

User-Friendly Interface

The PowerSlide X Plus has a built-in mini light panel which allows users to conveniently view the slide image itself before scanning.

Users can also advance or reverse the slide tray by pressing the navigation buttons from the front control panel. Once ready to scan simply press the "one scan button" and your slide will become a digital scan.

Scanning Speed

For scanning positive slides, the Powerslide X Plus offers 2.5x faster scan speed than the previous model with the same resolution (equal to 5,000 dpi).

Enhanced Software Support

Auto exposure technology achieves optimal brightness, which helps the image to be balance in both how bright or how dark it should be displaying.

Auto Contrast technology makes highlights appear lighter and shadows appear darker within images.

Infrared dust and scratch removal is applied with the Magic Touch technology. This eliminates flaws in film, such as dust or scratches, in the final image scan.

Multipass Xposure technology scans each frame or slide multiple times to enhance the detail of a dark area without sacrificing the bright areas.

Accurate color adjustment results in vibrant images with optimal brightness, contrast and saturation. Ultimately creating a well balanced image scan.

Isolate and manage noise/grain in both highlights and shadow areas without sacrificing image detail with the digital noise reduction feature.
