Michael Downey is the Head Instructor at Unique University. In addition to teaching classes and workshops at Unique, Michael also leads outings and photowalks to various locations in the tri-state area, such as The Great Falls, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Bronx Zoo, Storm King Art Center, and Longwood Gardens, as well as overseas destinations like Morocco, Ireland, Cuba, and Norway.

He has taught photography for over 18 years and is always excited to help students create better pictures.
